A booking engine concept created for Macdonald Hotels while I was working at Guestline. The proposal explored how room, spa, and golf bookings could be brought into a seamless user journey, while still feeling in keeping with the design language of the existing website.

Brief
Create a booking engine concept for Macdonald Hotels that could bring together accommodation, spa and golf bookings in one clearer process.
Outcome
Although the proposal was not taken forward, it was a strong piece of concept work and an important pitch, showing how a more integrated booking journey could sit within an established hotel brand.
