A full rebuild to support a new book, sharper positioning and better search visibility.
A website project for leadership speaker and advisor John R. Childress, created to support the launch of his new book, Culture 4.0, while also giving more space to his speaking and advisory work. The original plan was to improve the existing site, but enough of it needed rethinking from a structure and best-practice point of view that a full rebuild made more sense.

Brief
Refresh John R. Childress’s online presence to support his new book, strengthen the positioning of his speaking and advisory work, and rebuild the site properly for SEO and AI search.
Outcome
The finished site gave John a clearer platform for promoting the book, presenting his services and organising his content more effectively. Rebuilding from scratch also meant the site could be structured properly from the ground up, with stronger search foundations and a better setup for future visibility.
